Julian’s
Memorial Celebration

Saturday 7 March 2026 | 2pm - 6pm
Testbourne Community School

Join us for an afternoon of music, dance, laughter and memories as we come together to celebrate the life of Julian Chen - a man whose energy, kindness and love for people inspired everyone around him.

This special Tea Dance is being organised by Clarissa and Chloe, Julian’s daughters, as a joyful way to bring together the people and communities he loved. It include a short line-dancing class, run by two of Julian’s friends from the early years of his dancing days. Don’t worry if dancing isn’t your thing - you’re warmly encouraged to join in, but you’re just as welcome to sit back, chat and enjoy the atmosphere.

We’ll have tea, coffee, cake, light food (hopefully more!), and a bar serving drinks throughout the afternoon. This is a free event - there’s no guest list and no limit on numbers.

Clarissa and Chloe would love to see all of Julian’s friends, colleagues and community - from dance and dentistry to every other part of life their Dad loved.
